Click "New Translation" in the sidebar, upload your XLIFF file, select the target language, and click "Translate". Your translation will be processed and ready for download.
What file formats do you support?
We support XLIFF 1.2 and 2.0 formats, as well as other common translation file formats like PO files and JSON translation files.
How do I sign up for an account?
You can sign up using your Google account by clicking "Sign In" in the sidebar. No additional registration is required.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes, we offer a free plan that includes 5 translations per month with basic AI translation capabilities.
Translation Process
How long does translation take?
Translation time depends on the file size and complexity. Small files (under 100 segments) typically complete within 1-2 minutes. Larger files may take 5-10 minutes.
What languages do you support?
We support 100+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and many more.
How accurate are the translations?
Our AI models provide high-quality translations, but accuracy varies by language pair and content type. We recommend human review for critical content.
Can I edit translations after they're complete?
Yes, you can edit translations in the web interface before downloading. Changes are saved automatically.

What are the pricing plans?
We offer three plans: Free (5 translations/month), Pro ($29/month, 100 translations), and Enterprise ($99/month, unlimited translations).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from the Settings page. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted accordingly.

Do you offer webhooks?
Webhooks are available for Enterprise users. You can configure webhooks to receive notifications when translations are complete.
