Refund Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a refund if:

  • • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • • You have used less than 20% of your monthly translation limit
  • • Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service
  • • You were charged incorrectly due to billing errors
  • • You experience significant service disruptions for more than 48 hours

❌ Refunds are not available if:

  • • More than 7 days have passed since your subscription purchase
  • • You have used more than 20% of your monthly translation quota
  • • You simply changed your mind about the service
  • • Your subscription has already been cancelled and the billing period ended
  • • You violated our Terms of Service

Subscription Plan Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, refunds are processed as credits to your original payment method.

  • • Prorated refunds available within 7 days
  • • Refund processed within 5-10 business days
  • • Access continues until current period ends

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions receive prorated refunds for unused months.

  • • Full refund if requested within 7 days
  • • Prorated refund for remaining months after 7 days
  • • Subject to usage limits (20% rule)
